Pricing Structure

• Payment is required before pitch generation
• All fees are non-negotiable and determined at our sole discretion

Payment Processing

• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information
• You authorize us to charge the specified amount for each pitch request

Refunds

Successfully generated pitches are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued only for:

• Failed pitch generations
• Technical failures preventing service delivery
• Orders cancelled before processing begins
• Refunds for pending analyses will be processed if account termination occurs

Audio File Storage

• We store audio files for analysis purposes
• Files are retained to enable best snippet functionality
• We maintain industry-standard security measures to protect your content

Data Usage

• We do not share your audio files with third parties

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
